Shipping policy

My order Processing time is 2-4 business days prior to shipment.

All orders are shipped via USPS using first class package.

I offer free shipping only on orders in the USA over $50. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout if you have $50+ in your cart.

All shipping rates are determined by the weight, size, and usps rates. During Holidays shipping prices will increase with USPS.

A tracking number will be sent to your email once the item has shipped. 

I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or delays due to covid-19 once shipped. I package all orders with care to ensure nothing breaks. If your product is damaged, contact my email claycreationsbystephanie@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and I will determine if I will replace the order. If an order is lost, I am not responsible. Once I ship the order, it is USPS'S responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS prior to emailing me about your order. 

Please make sure your address is correct in the address line at checkout. I am not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being provided to me.
