Subscription Box Policies

MOUNTAIN MADE CLAY — SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

By purchasing a Mountain Made Clay subscription box, you agree to the following terms:

BILLING
Subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month as your original purchase. Payment must be successfully processed before your box ships.

SHIPPING
Boxes ship the month after your order is processed. They are preorder Subscription Boxes. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
Each box includes a curated selection of handmade polymer clay earrings and/or surprise goodies. Designs are exclusive to subscribers whenever possible. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur.

SKIPPING OR PAUSING
You may skip a month by contacting us at least 5 days before your next billing date.

CANCELLATIONS
Subscriptions may be canceled anytime, but cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because items are handmade and curated, subscription boxes are final sale. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for keeping shipping information up to date before billing occurs.
